Technical Instructions

• Size of the panel:
  • Size of the construction is 100 cm (height) × 200/400 cm (width) (see the picture)
  • The maximum size of the poster should be 100 cm (height) × 70 cm (width)
  • The panels are constructed as a Shell Scheme
• Fixing material (stickers) will be available in the Posters Area (on each board).
• Congress staff will be available to assist you during the time of poster mounting.
• The poster boards will be numbered according to the „Poster code“ given by the organizers and will be grouped by topic.
• Posters must be prepared in PORTRAIT style (please DO NOT prepare a landscape poster)

Poster Session/ Poster Mounting and Removal Times

All posters shall be installed on the morning of the first day and dismantled on the last day of the event.

• All posters can be mounted from 08:15 on Thursday, 3 April 2025 (please do not attempt to mount your poster before this time)
• Posters should be removed after 11:15 on Saturday, 5 April 2025
• Posters will be removed and discarded if not removed by 11:15 on Saturday, 5 April 2025

Authors are requested to be present at the poster board and available to answer questions from delegates at the time of the Poster Guided Session. Posters will be displayed according to the POSTER numbers given by the organizers and will be grouped by topics.

Personal or Professional advertising in the poster sessions is strictly prohibited.
